Job Summary
This role involves leading a care team, ensuring high standards of care, and growing the domiciliary care service. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, managing staffing rosters, conducting risk assessments, and performing quality assurance visits. The position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Registered Manager role, knowledge of care quality frameworks, and leadership skills to mentor teams. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Registered Manager role within domiciliary/home care
- Proven track record of growing and developing a domiciliary care service
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
Desired Qualifications
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or currently working towards it
- Strong knowledge of RQIA regulations, safeguarding, and care quality frameworks
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Leadership excellence: the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower teams
