Job Summary
Partner with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address and advocate for social and emotional needs. Provide a full range of social work services including psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and resource referral. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care through effective utilization of healthcare resources and assume a leadership role to facilitate desired clinical, financial, and resource outcomes. This combined posting covers Seattle, WA locations for both MSW and LCSW licensed roles.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License
- 1 year of experience in the areas of acute medical or mental healthcare in an inpatient or outpatient setting
- Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
