Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as an LCSW or LMSW in the posted state

- Ability to travel occasionally to Brentwood, TN for work
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience preferred in care management and/or chronic illness (preferred)
