Job Summary
Develop and manage patient care outcomes for an entire case load, performing assessments, treatments, and complex discharge planning for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Conduct utilization review and lead care for patients across all ages based on population focus. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License and three years of acute care hospital experience. Full-time day shift coverage includes weekdays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 3 years Acute care hospital experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- 1 year Home health, mental health, substance use, hospice, and/or utilization review
- Progressive nursing leadership experience, including charge nurse role
