Job Summary
RN Care Manager (Remote) drives utilization management by reviewing appropriateness of health care services, applying criteria to ensure appropriate resource use, and identifying opportunities for Health Coaching/case management. Responsibilities include educating providers and members, promoting quality and efficiency in care management, maintaining privacy, and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders. Requires PA RN licensure (or multi-state licensure via eNLC) and 3 years of clinical experience. Preference for Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Remote role based in Pennsylvania; 0-25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- 3 years of related, progressive clinical experience in the area of specialization
