Job Summary
Coordinate care and service for selected patient populations across the acute care episode, collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes through effective resource utilization. Monitor healthcare resources and assume a leadership role to achieve desired clinical, financial, and resource outcomes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent program completion, with a Washington Registered Nurse License and three years of acute care hospital experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Graduate of an accredited Bachelors Nursing degree program or completion of an accredited Nursing program with a bachelor's degree or higher in a health care field
- Applicants without a BSN degree must actively pursue and attain a BSN within three years of hire
- upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- 3 years of Registered nursing experience in an acute care hospital
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Hospital case management experience
