Job Summary
Communicate and collaborate with physicians and care team members to provide consistent quality care for assigned patients. Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a high degree of autonomy as a clinic nurse and care manager. Accept responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes within the Family Medicine service line. This role requires a Montana Registered Nurse License, three years of professional nursing experience, and one year in care management. Part-time day shift at Southgate Medical Center in Missoula, MT.
Required Qualifications
