Job Summary
Hands-on leadership role in home care operations overseeing client care plans, risk assessments, and CQC-ready documentation. Manages staff compliance, DBS checks, recruitment, care coordination (rotas and matching carers to clients), and field care supervision along with core office administration in partnership with the branch manager. Requires solid senior or supervisory domiciliary care experience; NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 or working toward it a bonus); driver with access to a vehicle.
