Job Summary
Coordinate and/or directly provide assessment, service planning and care management services to youth and families in a manner that is respectful and dignified, with a focus on enhancing family self-sufficiency. Primary responsibilities include assisting families in overcoming obstacles by leveraging strengths and vision. Key skills include excellent communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, assessment, and system negotiation; ability to engage youth and work effectively in a team. Must be available for an 8-hour shift during core hours (8am–7pm), five days a week (Mon–Fri). Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. Location: North Brunswick Township, NJ; full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field
- At least one year post-undergraduate/graduate experience providing family and youth services within a non-profit social services setting
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
