Care Manager (CNA)

Assist residents in bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and meal activities while ensuring they remain clean, groomed, and safe. Escort residents to meals and social events, managing behavior and promoting engagement per their care plans. Document all services provided and immediately report any changes in resident condition to your supervisor. Maintain resident confidentiality and safety throughout your shift. This full-time or part-time role reports to the Health & Wellness Director and requires a High School Diploma with preferred dementia experience.
