Job Summary
Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, while escorting them to meals and activities. Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity by ensuring assigned individuals remain clean, groomed, and fed during shifts. Document all services provided and report any changes in resident condition immediately to your supervisor. This part-time role (Friday-Monday, 2:30pm-10:30pm) requires a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid with preferred dementia experience.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Certified Home Health Aid
- Must be available for weekend shifts (at least every other weekend)
- Must be able to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs
- Must use proper body mechanics
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population
- Dementia experience
