Job Summary
Care Manager-CNA/CHHA at Monarch Communities/Brandywine Senior Living. Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents; assist with activities of daily living (ADLs); monitor and report changes to residents’ needs and update their Resident Care Plan; encourage participation in community programs and activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and current CNA/HHA certification. Full-time shifts (7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm with rotating days) in Voorhees Township, NJ. Required Qualifications
