Job Summary
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and personal care as outlined in their care plans. Escort residents to meals and activities while ensuring they remain clean, groomed, safe, and fed during your shift. Maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality by documenting all services provided and immediately reporting any changes in condition to your supervisor. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and involves direct support for the elderly population, with preferred experience in dementia care.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Certified Home Health Aid
- Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population
- Ability to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs
- Proper body mechanics
