Job Summary
Coordinate and/or provide assessment, service planning and care management services to youth and families in a respectful, dignified manner to enhance family self-sufficiency. Engage families to overcome obstacles by leveraging strengths and vision. Play a critical role to ensure the mission is carried out through the work. Responsibilities include coordination of services, direct provision of care management, and collaboration with a team in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. Requires strong communication, time-management, conflict resolution, facilitation, assessment, and system negotiation skills; ability to engage youth; bilingual Spanish required; must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle; ability to work in the community and/or office for an 8-hour shift during 8am-7pm, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field
- At least one year post undergraduate/graduate experience providing family and youth services within a non-profit social services setting
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Bilingual, Spanish required
- Ability to work in the community and/or the office for an 8-hour shift during core hours 8am-7pm, Mon-Fri
