Job Summary
Coordinate and provide direct assessment, service planning, and care management services to youth and families in a respectful, strength-based manner. Assist families in overcoming obstacles by utilizing their strengths and vision while ensuring the organization's mission is carried out. Engage youth directly and work as a team to facilitate system negotiation and enhance family self-sufficiency. Maintain an 8-hour shift during core hours of 8am-7pm, 5 days a week, Mon-Fri, and ensure availability for community and office work. Bilingual Spanish ability is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field
- At least one year post undergraduate/graduate experience providing family and youth services within a non-profit social services setting
