Job Summary
Advocate for members to ensure informed decision-making and appropriate guardianship while scheduling and leading interdisciplinary meetings to develop comprehensive, person-centered Life Plans. Implement, update, and monitor these plans, ensuring integration of all needed supports and maintaining ongoing contact with critical people in a member's life. Submit all documentation timely and assist members with resolving living problems such as housing, utilities, and judicial issues. Report abuse or neglect immediately when observed. This hybrid role requires required visits with members and families in their home, periodic office trainings, and remote work. Bilingual candidates in Russian and other languages receive additional compensation. Full-time positions include health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
- A License as a Registered Nurse with 2+ years of relevant experience
- A Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual Russian
