Job Summary
Manage and provide leadership direction for clinical, care, and activities teams within the residential aged care facility at Banksia Lodge. Oversee the management of experienced staff supporting residents across independent living villas, the 80-bed facility, and community care services. Transition care models to a small house format as part of the organization's strategic direction toward fully integrated services. This role requires an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in elderly care, a current police check, and proof of vaccination against communicable diseases per NSW guidelines. - vaccinated against communicable diseases as per the NSW Immunisation Schedule, including influenza and COVID-19
