Job Summary
Conduct professional assessments of client physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs to develop and manage comprehensive care plans ensuring stability and peace of mind. Work directly with clients and family members while providing support for home care and community-based services. Serve as the organization's face in the community by participating on local committees, task forces, and boards to educate professionals and secure client referrals. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field, along with valid driver's license and PC literacy. Candidates must interface effectively with physicians, attorneys, and support providers within a team environment. Arosa delivers tailored, integrated support for seniors and their families across multiple states, combining Care Manager expertise with dedicated caregiver compassion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to interface effectively and professionally with client support, including family, physicians, attorneys, etc.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC literacy
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of current auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in care management
- Experience working with the aging population
