Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end automation solutions by combining business analysis, RPA development, and artificial intelligence to optimize enterprise operations. Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath Studio automations using REFramework, queues, and integrations with enterprise applications through APIs, SQL, and messaging services. Configure secure deployments in UiPath Orchestrator, manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and monitor production performance using Insights and KPIs. Develop AI-enabled automation solutions using UiPath Document Understanding, OCR, LLMs, and prompt orchestration to improve accuracy and coverage. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, evaluate ROI, and support automation governance standards while building reusable .NET components and custom activities.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience applying AI within automation solutions, including LLMs and generative AI (prompt engineering, orchestration, extraction, summarization, retrieval patterns, and human-in-the-loop validation)
- UiPath Document Understanding
- OCR

- Azure OpenAI/Cognitive Services integration
- Strong .NET programming skills, primarily C#, including building custom activities, SDK usage, and unit testing
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and App Service

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON and XML, and SQL

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of experience in business analysis and hands-on RPA development, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and delivering production automation solutions
- Prior experience with enterprise RPA, preferably UiPath: selectors, data scraping, REFramework, attended and unattended robots, Orchestrator assets and queues
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience within the healthcare, insurance, or public sector
- UiPath Computer Vision and automations in Citrix or other virtualized environments
- Integrations with SAP, Oracle reporting, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
- Prior experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Prior experience with OpenAI or Azure OpenAI integrations in RPA and agentic automation workflows
- UiPath certifications (Developer, Advanced RPA Developer, Business Analyst)
