Job Summary
Provide leadership and manage daily operations for a family-owned nursing home serving 22 residents with dementia or continuing health needs. Ensure full compliance with CQC "Good" ratings, regulatory laws, and Right at Home policies while maintaining staff and client safety. Recruit, train, and retain high-quality care staff, designing effective schedules to deliver personalized services. Oversee quality assurance through spot checks, internal audits, and annual surveys to drive sustainable business growth aligned with commercial targets. Manage emergency on-call rotations outside normal hours.
Required Qualifications
- A qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin number
- Hold, or be working towards, a Level 5 qualification in Social Care
- Previous experience working within a nursing home
- A committed and organised approach
- We require an excellent communicator with experience in leading and motivating staff members
- A good understanding of Regulatory Compliance and the ability to demonstrate delivery of a quality service
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a registered home manager
