Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience with at least 3 years in a senior management or executive role
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program development, financial management, and quality improvement within a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing hospice and palliative care
