Job Summary
Care Giver / Resident Aide (2pm–10pm) provides compassionate daily resident care, assists with activities of daily living, administers medications, documents care provided, and communicates with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include offering emotional support, engaging residents in social activities, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and upholding safety and integrity standards. Training is provided to ensure the necessary skills and knowledge. Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, dependability, and computer literacy are essential; prior related experience is beneficial but not required. Location: Richland Hills, TX (Ashwood Court) with full-time hours.
