Provide personalized care in the Trio Neighborhood by supporting dining experiences, facilitating person-centered activities, and maintaining safe, tidy environments. Respond to emergencies following established procedures and collaborate effectively with team members, families, and visitors. Complete incident reports, attend professional development trainings, and work flexible 24/7 shifts to ensure the well-being of individuals living with dementia.
