Job Summary
Care Experience Coordinator at Bloom Care Solutions (Canada) responsible for coordinating visits between clients and field staff, maintaining Homecare Staff information in the scheduling system, supporting clients with day-to-day questions, coordinating recruitment and orientation of field employees, monitoring PSW technology usage, and ensuring regional staffing levels and smooth operations in compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum post-secondary education a requirement
- MS Office Suite and Outlook advanced level
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with Homecare Staff and clients
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Interest in continuous learning – high energy and focused
- Meet with Homecare Manager weekly to set priorities
- Assist in coordinating visits between Clients and field staff
- Assist with coordination in handling complaints, no shows, vacation requests and sick time
- Support day-to-day questions and concerns of clients
- Assist with sending work assignments
- Review applicant availability, credentials, and location to ensure Homecare Staff is a good fit
- Maintain staff information in scheduling system
- Monitor technology platform to ensure PSWs are on time and using software
- Assist with supervision, recruitment and orientation of field employees
- Assist with HPG monitoring, updating, investigating and billing
- Ensure region staffing levels for urgent requests
- Maintain open communication with HR and Homecare teams
- Enforce company codes of conduct
- Report unsafe working conditions
- Compliance with Ontario employment legislation and accommodations under AODA
