Job Summary
Care Experience and Operations Manager role overseeing care experience and patient/family engagement across MUSC Health. Lead liaison to executives, partner across divisions to identify and operationalize engagement-improvement initiatives, develop innovative solutions and education, supervise junior consultants, manage external engagements and vendor relationships, and promote relationship-centered communication. Travel across the enterprise is required (primarily day trips; up to 25%) while delivering data-driven evaluations, guiding workflow improvements, and driving system-wide care experiences. Requires healthcare experience, EPIC/clinical workflow knowledge, data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI/Qualtrics), project management, and an MBA or equivalent business-focused education; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is expected, with 7+ years progressive experience and 2 years of management experience. Location: Charleston, USA; full-time with in-person responsibilities. The role emphasizes improving patient and customer experiences, leveraging voice-of-the-customer methods, and aligning engagement initiatives with organizational goals.
