Care Director

As second in command to the Residential Aged Care Manager, lead with clinical expertise to improve residents’ wellbeing, train the next generation of carers and nurses, oversee the clinic from stock to compliance, develop and implement clinical care programs, and assist with financial management of the home. The role requires a real desire to make a difference in residents’ lives, strong leadership, integrity, and the ability to manage people, budgets, and quality initiatives within an aged care setting. You’ll hold qualifications as a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration and have prior nursing management experience at ward level or above, plus a background in aged care. The position is based in Birkdale, Queensland, Australia with on-site responsibilities; applicants will need to pass background checks and comply with health vaccination requirements as part of the onboarding process.
