Job Summary
Support prospective and active clients via phone and email in 8-hour shifts, 9-5 PT, serving as an empathetic point of contact while explaining insurance benefits and billing processes. Manage clinician communications by handling scheduling logistics, refund requests, and redirecting questions to appropriate teams. Onboard into Care Coordinator workflows to independently address care logistics, billing inquiries, and common barriers to seeking mental healthcare. Remove friction for clients and clinicians by providing accessible, supportive information throughout their care journey.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
