Job Summary
Coordinate individualized care for adolescents by facilitating group activities, conducting client orientations with assessments, and managing transportation schedules. Ensure programs meet Joint Commission Standards while documenting shift reports, EMR entries, and Urine Analysis results within 24 hours. Drive clients as needed and coordinate daily lunch logistics, maintaining clear boundaries and professional interactions with staff and families. Serve as a role model in a supportive environment focused on transforming lives of teens struggling with mental health issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years driving experience
- Minimum of 1-year working with kids in a therapeutic setting
- Experience with junior high or high school students
- Valid driver's license
- Eligibility for insurance with agency's vehicles
- Valid First-Aid & CPR Certification
- Ability to communicate with people from all educational and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to cope constructively with stressful situations
