Job Summary
Train and educate team members delivering care to Lotus Guests, while managing their rehabilitation needs and rapid recovery plans. Maintain care documentation and ensure proper use of supplies and equipment. Utilize advanced EMR skills to coordinate services for residents requiring intensive support. This role requires independent decision-making, strong leadership abilities, and extensive customer service experience within a family-owned senior living environment founded in 1985.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Immediate to advanced computer skills, including experience working with an EMR or EHR
- Extensive customer service experience
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
- Leadership abilities and willingness to work with other team members
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to function independently and with personal integrity
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in social services
- Prior experience as an Intake Coordinator
