Job Summary

Coordinate services for children and families referred to the Development Clinic by communicating with all parties involved in treatment, identifying needs, and facilitating necessary referrals. Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect patient progress, develop treatment plans and goals in conjunction with families, and submit reports according to established time frames. Provide community-based skills training and development services, assist with low barrier access to services, and participate in ongoing staff training and development activities. Attend team meetings with families and multidisciplinary providers to advocate for children with complex needs, while providing emergency counseling and crisis intervention when necessary. Maintain documents, collect data, and coordinate services with community agencies. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field, along with WELLE certification and a valid driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or other related degree
  • WELLE certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement
  • Qualification for Company's vehicle liability insurance
  • Pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with children who have a Dual Diagnoses of both Serious Emotional Disturbance and Neurodevelopmental Disorder
