Job Summary
Facilitate and supervise the treatment planning process for clients while serving as a liaison for child, family, and outside agencies. Monitor service effectiveness and efficiency for Quality Assurance, then interface with legal, education, and medical systems to connect all services within the Maryhurst system. Assess client and family needs to make referrals to necessary resources, ensuring the client remains in the most appropriate, least restrictive setting with clear goals toward permanency. This Full-Time role offers a starting salary of $44,900 and includes dental, health, and vision insurance, plus tuition reimbursement and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Minimum one year experience working with family and children's services or in a case management position
- Ability to facilitate the treatment process and collaborate with the treatment team effectively
- Strong organizational skills
