Job Summary

Coordinate behavioral health and child welfare services for clients and families across school, community, and home settings to achieve identified goals. Transport self and others using a private vehicle while maintaining a valid driver's license and meeting organization driving guidelines. Deliver care in Madison County settings for individuals of all ages and walks of life. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human service field, plus two years of directly related experience. Candidates must pass drug screens, TB tests, and extensive background checks including criminal history and sex offender registry searches. Flu shots and full vaccination against COVID-19 are strongly encouraged to protect staff and patients, with adherence to CDC protocols including masks and sanitizing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education
  • Two (2) years directly related experience in past professional and/or nonprofessional roles
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
  • Ability to use private car to transport self and others
  • Flu shot
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID19
