Job Summary

Teach adults living with serious mental illness the skills needed to reach individual recovery goals and connect to their community using a strengths-based, recovery-focused approach. Transport yourself and others using a private car while coordinating care within professional, recovery-oriented settings. This role supports comprehensive whole health services across five Central Indiana counties, including primary medical care and programs addressing social determinants like housing and employment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education
  • Two (2) years directly related experience in past professional and/or nonprofessional roles
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
  • Ability to use private car to transport self and others
  • Flu shot
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID19
