Job Summary
Lead healthcare coordination and drive program quality for individuals served, overseeing medical appointments, records, and medication tracking; supervise and develop staff through Medication Administration and CPR training, audits, and regulatory compliance; partner with leadership to strengthen staff performance and design training to foster independence; coach Residential Supervisors, ensure PA ch.6400 & ODP regulations compliance, lead program audits, act as Certified Investigator/Incident Lead, and help maintain safe, structured, therapeutic homes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience, including 2 years of management experience
- Associate’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field plus 6 years of experience including 2+ years of management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to be flexible with your schedule (some evenings/weekends as needed) and be on-call as a resource for residential supervisors
