Care Coordinator Full Time

Coordinate patient care across nine clinic locations by managing schedules, scheduling patients, and collaborating with facility contacts at satellite sites including Fitness Unlimited and local schools. Work closely with your Clinical Manager to complete a structured alignment program and connect with a colleague mentor within the first two months to refine clinical skills and build confidence. Participate in monthly round table journal discussions or in-service sessions for group learning and opt-in mentorship programs focused on specific growth areas.
