Job Summary
Care Coordinator for Children’s Specialized ABA’s home-based, community-based, and center-based ABA therapy program. Responsibilities include reaching out to families post-assessment to confirm availability and discuss next steps, coordinating with clinical team, families, and staff; scheduling start dates and restaff dates; managing client and staff schedules in Central Reach and data in EHR; documenting conversations and follow-ups; auditing EHR for accuracy; communicating staffing needs; attending team meetings; engaging in community outreach and building relationships with local daycares and partners; exercising discretion to maximize authorization for client scheduling; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a High School diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred) and 2 years of intake/care coordination or ABA experience; strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills; on-site, 9:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday in Clark, NJ. The role is full-time with benefits and a compensation range of $55,000 to $63,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; higher education preferred (associate or bachelor’s degree)
- 2 years experience with intake/care coordination OR 2 years in an ABA role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Detail-oriented and organized
