Job Summary
Coordinate schedules between families and staff, contact families post-assessment to confirm availability and next steps, discuss caseload expectations with RBTs/BTs, ensure accurate data entry in EHR and Paylocity, schedule start dates and restaff dates, manage client and staff schedules in Central Reach, conduct monthly check-ins and follow-ups, audit EHR for accuracy, evaluate staffing needs, attend team meetings, and engage in community outreach to support program growth. Requires strong customer service, detail-oriented organization, and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite; on-site role at Jackson, NJ EI Center with Monday–Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; higher education preferred (associate or bachelor’s degree)
- 2 years experience with intake/care coordination OR 2 years in an ABA role
