Build and manage rotas to ensure continuity by matching Care Professionals to customers and handling last-minute changes with calm confidence. Monitor allocations and travel using IT systems to reduce overheads while working closely with leadership to maintain high standards. Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives, ensuring every customer receives safe, premium care. Requires experience in domiciliary care, strong organizational skills, confidence with Microsoft Office, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Starting salary of £27,500 per year includes MOT, company smartphone, 28 days annual leave, and ongoing training.
