Job Summary
Assess individual needs regarding social determinants of health and coordinate care to connect clients with appropriate services and resources. Help clients build coping skills, self-determination, and personal empowerment while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to foster trust and offer mentorship, advocacy, and coaching. Create a judgment-free, safe, and supportive environment for individuals navigating recovery pathways in the substance use disorder clinic. This full-time, 40-hour onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with five years of experience, including two in healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Business
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study
- Five years of which two must be related to healthcare
- 5-7 years required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to apply risk management and problem-solving techniques to clinical situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to feel comfortable working with clients in crisis situations
- Skillset/interest in working with corrections
- Skillset/interest in working with women's health
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and understanding of current version of DSM
- Basic knowledge and understanding of psychiatric medications
