Job Summary
Care Coordinator for APAC focusing on back-end advisory while supporting Wellthy members on the front lines. Manage care plans for families across Asia Pacific (e.g., Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Australia), including finding providers, managing medical bills, scheduling appointments, tracking medications, vetting facilities and insurance, and owning a subset of Care Projects to enhance member experience. Report to the Global Care Manager and collaborate across regions; requires strong English proficiency and additional language skills (Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, Mandarin or similar). Remote, India-based role with emphasis on learning, emerging tech adoption, and regional localization of resources; remote-work proficiency with macOS, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Social Work or a healthcare-related profession and/or advanced degrees are a plus
- 5+ years work experience in a healthcare role (Social Work, Patient Advocacy, etc...)
- Strong fluency in English with Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, Mandarin or similar
- Remote work experience with proficiency with macOS systems, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password
