Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field (LSW/LPC required)
- Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination
- Experience in behavioral health
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for behavioral health services
- Experience with wraparound services and EHR systems
- Ability to supervise staff and manage administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
