Job Summary
Coordinate patient admissions, appointments, referrals, and medical records for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Manage insurance verification, provider communications, and onboarding activities while monitoring work queues and office supply inventory. Serve as a liaison between providers, facility staff, and internal teams to ensure continuity of care. Perform credentialing support and assist with special projects and cross-coverage needs. Requires two years of healthcare experience, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Professional, and availability for day shifts Monday through Friday with possible rotating weekends. Part-time role of 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare related experience
- Knowledge of computers and various computer programs such as Microsoft Suite products, [especially, Word and Excel] and Adobe Professional
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday and possible rotating weekends
- Physical - Lifting 20-50 lbs
