Job Summary
Care Consultant for Caregiver Services at Nolia Health (Remote, Part Time). You’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking guidance, assess caregiver and patient needs, guide families through Nolia’s services, manage high volumes of outreach, and support enrollment into programs. You’ll collaborate with clinicians and care navigators to ensure smooth handoffs and responsive service, while leveraging CRM tools and other systems. The role emphasizes empathetic, consultative conversations, helping families understand care options, and driving access to care. You’ll be expected to meet team goals related to call activity, response times, appointment scheduling, and program enrollment, and to contribute to process improvements across intake, scheduling, and communications. Ideal candidates are empathetic, excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and comfortable using technology (CRMs, EHRs, Google Workspace, Slack) in a fast-growing environment. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years in related roles and experience with older adults, caregiving, healthcare navigation, or startup settings. The position is fully remote and part-time, with a mission-driven focus on dignifying family caregiving and expanding access to supportive services.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, client success, inside sales, care coordination, patient access, or operational support roles.
