Job Summary
Lead, train, and support a team of care coaches in their daily responsibilities to deliver compassionate, client-centered care. Collaborate with clinical teams to help clients navigate their mental health journey. Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s, mentor staff, ensure performance metrics are met, and assist in onboarding and ongoing training of new care coaches. Requires crisis-supervisor experience, availability evenings and Saturdays, and a KPI-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a Crisis position as a Supervisor
- Available evenings (until 9p MST) and Saturdays
- Prior management experience
- Experience in a KPI driven environment
