Educate and communicate with Electronic Caregiver clients and patients regarding health needs, issues, and wellness goals; assess lifestyles; guide behavioral, nutritional, and other changes to promote health; maintain HIPAA compliance; coordinate with clients and healthcare providers to deliver a well-rounded patient experience; meet daily RPM and CCM coaching goals; demonstrate professional communication, empathy, problem-solving, and adaptability in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- strong medical background
- CMA CCMA RMA CNA or related healthcare certification preferred
- HIPAA compliance
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- experience in healthcare settings (RPM CCM patient care) preferred
