Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner contract position in Thompson, MB (in-clinic). Responsibilities include employee health assessments and screening, management of work-related injuries and illnesses, non-work-related injury/illness management, medical surveillance program review, health counseling and preventive care, thorough documentation of patient encounters, reporting to client policies and provincial bodies, and collaboration with the TELUS team to improve health outcomes. Requires current NP registration (or eligibility) with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba, advanced physical assessment and strong communication/relationship-building skills, and ability to prioritize amid coordination with internal/external stakeholders. Great-to-haves include occupational health experience such as pre-employment medicals and fitness-for-work assessments. Required Qualifications
