Job Summary
Care Center Representative to provide customer care via phone, chat, and in-person at Irvine, CA; Roseville, CA; or Federal Way, WA offices. Responsible for servicing clients' financial needs, promoting banking products/services, handling referrals, opening accounts when needed, and resolving issues with professional, courteous service. Requires strong banking product knowledge, compliance awareness, ability to communicate across channels, and a minimum 50 wpm typing speed. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Must be able to work on-site and manage calls/chats to meet department goals; includes ADA considerations and confidential information protection. 1 year of call center experience in a banking environment preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience as a call center representative in a bank or financial institution preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates preferred but not required
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to handle customer calls and chats and meet productivity goals
