Care Center Registered Nurse, RN

Complete initial assessments for potential residents and implement service agreements upon move-in. Monitor and maintain medical records, ensuring timely assessments, appropriate documentation, and current care plans. Ensure all physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours while maintaining and monitoring the medication administration program. Supervise medication practices and medical equipment usage, following up with physicians regarding medications and medical conditions. Assist the supervisor in providing health and medication training to new team members and documenting continued education for all staff to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. Work full-time daytime hours Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays.
