Job Summary
Lead planning and implementation of strategies to assure high-quality resident care while achieving operational goals for the site. Coordinate clinical services with internal and external health professionals, manage resource allocations, and actively participate in corporate-wide strategy and decision-making processes. Establish and maintain effective communication systems with residents, families, employees, and outside agencies to achieve mutually beneficial results. Manage the site's annual financial planning process, oversee performance management for direct and indirect staff, and create site-specific policies aligned with organizational direction. Lead the integration of Christian culture into daily operations and recognize the importance of spiritual matters for residents and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years experience in operational management, preferably in health care, housing or community service.
- Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, staff development and management, resident and family support systems, community outreach.
- Licensure as a Care Center Administrator.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
