Job Summary
Night-shift Care Associate to provide personal care for residents in a senior living community. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, assisting with meals, documenting shift assignments, communicating with residents, families and health services staff, assisting Life Enrichment activities, responding to call lights and emergencies, and supporting hospitality and resident engagement. Requires a high school diploma or GED; 1 year CNA/HHA experience preferred. Full-time night shifts from 7pm to 7am in Fort Myers, FL; rate of pay $17.00-$17.50 per hour with shift differential and built-in overtime.
Required Qualifications
